Life gave me a big wake up call at a young age. In my mid 20s, I got too sick to work and was eventually diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. It took me six years to get fully well again, there’s no denying it was tough and it took me on the biggest mind, body and soul quest imaginable. I wouldn’t be me or doing this work without it.
In 2006, I trained to become an NLP life coach and much more besides, and have been coaching women ever since.
On top of my day job, I love a good event and have much experience running and speaking at various events, such as Wildfire Women which I launched back in 2018.
I’ve successfully helped women from all walks of life find creative innovative ways forward, change careers, find relationships, travel the world, follow their spiritual path and truly trust their intuition and themselves. I get so much from tuning into my clients with my own intuition. I basically have a super fun job!
I’ve taken many big leaps in life myself. I love life to be an adventure - otherwise it all gets a bit serious and stuck, right?
I’m a lover of travel and creative pursuits - I even met my now husband at a comedy class. In recent years, I’ve travelled and volunteered in places like Croatia, Greece and all around the UK. What a joy to be collaborating with Cami at SUP & Soul. We share a love of personal and spiritual development combined with the great outdoors so it was a natural fit.
