Sussex Social Paddles 2025

Join our monthly River Adur social paddles, launching either near North Lancing or Shoreham town centre, and get to know fellow paddlers in a small group environment with your host Camilla, a qualified & experienced SUP instructor, on hand to help with technique, safety and trip planning advice. Borrow equipment or bring your own.

These gentle socials are designed to cater for a small, intimate group (max 8 people) to give everyone the chance to get to know each other and find some new paddle buddies to share future adventures with.

Each trip will have time for introductions, buddy connections, nature immersion, 2 minute litter picks, refreshments and possibly even some gentle meditation to ease us into the spirit of fully relaxing. Whether you join one or join them all, you’re sure to leave with new paddle buddies and tales to tell.
